The most beneficial part of the course was the open discussion about our experience’s at work and being able to relate the course content to our experiences. Andrew
Scenarios were beneficial because it encourages you to think ‘outside of the box’ and shows that things in the real world may not work out as clear and simple as in training. I’ve been on a few first aid courses and I found this to be the most enjoyable whilst still not compromising the training. Mirko
